Please join us for a night of community, music, and celebration — all in support of arts education at Aldama Elementary.
Aldama has been part of Highland Park for over 100 years. We’re a Title I Spanish dual-language public school, serving a vibrant, primarily Latinx community. Public school budgets for the arts are limited, which means what our community steps up to provide truly makes the difference. Every dollar raised goes directly toward expanding access to music and arts education for every single student at Aldama.
And the arts matter. They give kids confidence. They give them a way to express themselves. They build creativity, resilience, and connection. Especially right now — with everything going on in the world and in our communities— our children need spaces where they can create, imagine, and feel seen. Arts education isn’t extra. It’s essential.
Artes Para Aldama is more than a fundraiser. It builds connection and is a reflection of who we are as a community. It brings together local businesses, great food, live music, an amazing auction, and neighbors who believe in showing up for our kids. It’s how we protect and grow something that strengthens our entire community.
